二、项目概况
OHB型机焦炉是由山西省民营科技企业吕梁富云煤焦化科技开发有限公司独立开发设计的厂房式无烟囱新型焦炉。该焦炉采用八项专利技术，并得到科技部门的大力支持，批准建设OHB新型焦化科技示范项目园区，一期项目总投资为5000万元。OHB新型机焦炉具有如下优点：
1、环保：采用独特的水封、干封炉门结构，以及自行设计的装煤、出焦、熄焦系统，将炼焦、装煤、出焦、熄焦过程中产生的粉尘、烟尘排放降到最低，各项环境指标均优于旧型机焦炉，达到国家一级环保标准；
2、高效：采用独有的炉体结构形式，提高了焦炉的生产率，OHB型机焦炉单位体积生产率为0.64吨/12小时，旧机焦炉单位体积生产率为0.54吨/12小时，提高了15%；
3、节能：OHB型机焦炉特有的炉体设计降低了能耗，吨耗煤为1.2-1.3吨，旧机焦炉吨焦耗煤为1.3-1.5吨，降低80%-16%；
4、造价低：吨焦造价仅为旧型机焦炉造价的1/5；
5、推广价值高：OHB型焦炉在中试阶段已受到广大焦化行业的瞩目，作为山西省吕梁市科技局的示范推广项目，并通过了山西省科技厅组织的专家技术鉴定会，属国内领先水平。具有极高的推广价值。

The OHB
mechanical-coke oven, designed independently by Shanxi Luliang Fuyun
Coal&&.Coking Technical Development Co., Ltd, a private enterprise, is a
workshop-style coke oven without chimney. Eight patented technologies have been
used in this type of oven with the support of the technical departments. The new
OHB coking technical demonstration project park has been approved to build with
the total investment of 50 million yuan in the first phase. The new OHB mechanical-coke oven has the
following features:
1.Environmental Protection: It has adopted the structure of the unique
hydraulic packing, dryly sealing door as well as the system of coal loading,
coke conveying, coke extinguishing. It can also reduce the dust produced by the
processing of coking, coal loading, coke conveying and coke extinguishing. Its
norms of the environment target have surpassed the old ones and achieves the
national level of environmental protection standards;
2.High
Efficiency: It has adopted the unique body structure of a furnace so as to
enhance the coking productivity. The productivity of the OHB mechanical-coke
oven is 0.64 tons /12 hours, while the old one 0.54 tons/12 hours. The rate of
increase is 15%.
3.Energy
Saving: The unique furnace body design of the OHB mechanical-coke reduces the
energy consumption. A ton of coke consumes 1.2 -1.3 tons of coal, while the old
one 1.3 -1.5 tons. The saving rate is 8% -16%.
4. Low
Cost: The cost of one ton of coke produced by the new oven is one fifth of that
of the old one.
5. High
Promotion Value: The OHB coke oven has caught the eyes of the people engaged in
the coke industry in the experimental stage. As a promoting program by Luliang
Technology Bureau, it has passed the technical appraisement by the experts
recommended by Shanxi Technology Ministry. It takes the lead in China and is of
high promoted value.
