“粉煤灰高性能混凝土（FHPC）矿物外加剂的研究应用”项目已通过2004年7月山西省科学技术厅组织的科学技术成果鉴定，达到国内领先水平并且达到国际同类产品水平。
1、主要科技内容：利用一种活性硅铝质材料和粉煤灰复合，激发和强化粉煤灰的火山灰特性的潜能，使水泥胶料配方多元化。粉煤灰可代替50%左右的水泥，使水泥基胶料的成本降低30-50元/吨。同时，由这种复合胶料配制的混凝土比普通水泥混凝土有更好的工作性、强度储备和耐久性，实现了普通混凝土的高性能化，并克服了高性能混凝土脆性高、韧性差的弊病。
2、技术经济指标：
该产品配制的高性能混凝土比传统材料降低50元/m3。配制混凝土可改善操作性和耐久性，降低施工噪音污染。生产粉煤灰高性能混凝土矿物外加剂可使每吨粉煤灰附加值提高100元。

降低了水泥用量，同时也降低了由于生产水泥造成大量二氧化碳的排放。

The project
of "Research Application Project on Pulverized Coal Ash High Performance Concrete (FHPC) Mineral
Addictive" has passed the technical appraisement by the experts recommended by
Shanxi Technology Ministry in July，2004. It takes the lead at home and
reaches the international level of the same product.
1.Main
Technical Content: It is to take the advantage of the compound of active sal
material with pulverized coal ash, and to stimulate and fortify the potential
properties of volcanic ash in the pulverized coal ash volcanic ash. This can
make the multiplication of the cement sizing material formula. The pulverized
coal ash may take up 50% of the cement. It can save 30-50 yuan per ton. At the
same time, this can improve the quality of the concrete
cement.
