二、项目概况：
１、建设规模及内容：安装两条交联电缆生产线，一条矿缆生产线，征地４０亩。主要开发产品为：高温超导电缆、１１０ＫＶ及以下交联防水电缆、予制分支电缆。
２、市场分析：
未来的十年是高温超导市场发展和材料产业化的十年，而且高温超导电缆减小了电缆外型尺寸，提高电缆载流量；随着高层建筑及隧道建设的发展，予制分支电缆市场需求猛增；随着国家城网的改造，高、中压防水交联电缆需求量增大。公司有着比较庞大的销售网络，有一支懂技术、懂业务、年轻化、专业化的销售队伍，这使得离缆在各大重点工程项目中占有相当大的地位，公司坚持为用户提供优质产品和完善服务。从产品的市场竞争力和公司的无形资产来分析，项目产品的投产，会带来很好的经济效益和社会效益。
３、项目建设条件：
下安工业园区是我区按照现代化的工业要求设计建筑的轻工业园区，工艺布局，科学合理，厂区环境优美；新厂占地８０亩，建筑面积２２０００平方米，已成为初具规模的现代化电线电缆生产基地和花园式工厂；主要生产设备经更新，全部达到国内先进水平，尤其是高新技术防水交联电缆生产线，为华北地区独家所有。

Lishi Cable Co., Ltd is a joint-stock one which was founded on the original
basis of Lishi Cable Plant founded in 1970. It was designated to produce cable
by the former State Electromechanical Ministry. All the products of the plant
can meet the State standard and have passed CCC authentication and got the
production certificate. The leading products are chosen as the products of
quality award from the province and leading brand product separately, the
quality system of the company has passed ISO9002 standard authentication. Last
year the company was listed in the "1331" Leading enterprises in Shanxi Province
since the company responded the Shanxi structural adjustment plan actively. In
order to strengthen its market competitiveness and to study and develop one's
own new products actively, the company has put out the new products:
Superconductive cable of the high temperature, 110KV water-proof power cables
and preformed branch cable. The new products have a promising market.

1.Construction Scale and Its Content: Two power cable production lines and one
mining cable production line will be set up. The company will buy the land of 40
mu. The leading products are superconductive cable of the high temperature,
110KV water-proof power cables and preformed branch cable.
2.Market
Analysis: The coming 10 years are the period of development of superconductive
market of the high temperature and material industrialization. There will be a
great demand of these products. Besides, the company has a sound sales network.
With the production of these cables, it will bring about the good economic and
social benefits.
3.Construction Condition: Xia'an Industry Park is a modern light industry
one. The new factory will cover an area of 80 mu and construction area is
22000 m2. The plant has
become modern cable production base ad a garden-style one. All the equipment has
been replaced by new one and reached the advanced level in the country.

5.Investment Estimate: The total investment will be 62 million yuan, of
which 20 million yuan will be self-funded and 42 million yuan introduced.

Analysis: After its completion, the plant will produce 800 km power cable, 1000 km overhead insular cable, and 300 km mining cable yearly. The annual
sales income will be 200 million yuan, and the output value 200 million yuan and
profit 80 million yuan.
