2、规模及建设内容：3.0万吨/年的新工艺炭黑生产装置及炭黑后处理、油处理、油贮运、尾气发电、污水处理等与本装置配套的辅助设施。设备购置安装等。
3、总投资及资金来源：项目总投资金14000万元，其中企业自筹4200万元，拟引进资金9800万元。
4、经济效益预测：该项目实施后，年可实现销售收入14994万元，年可实现利税4305.35万元。

three carbon black production lines controlled by computer and its designed
capacity is 31,000t/y. It has a coal-tar processing production line and the
yearly processing ability is 40,000 tons. The company has passed the ISO9001
production quality control system authentication, and can produce three series
of 27 kinds of products. The company has offices in more than 20 cities
nationally. The products have been sold to Japan, South Korea and the Southeast
Asia countries.

1.According
to the large development of automobile and rubber industries home and abroad and
the great demand of carbon black, the company has decided to build 30,000 t/y
carbon black production lines.
2.Construction Scale and Content: 30,000 t/y carbon black production
installment and its necessary ancillary facilities such as carbon black
post-processing, oil treatment, oil storage and transportation, electricity
generation by exhaust, , sewage treatment and so on and equipment
purchase.

Investment and Its Source: The total investment is 140 million Yuan, among of
which self-provided fund is 42 million Yuan and introduced fund 98 million
Yuan.
4.Economic
Benefit: After the implementation of the project, the yearly sales income is
149.94 million Yuan, and yearly profit and tax 43.0535 million Yuan.
