二、项目概况
1、该项目以甲醇、二氧化碳和焦碳为原料，生产工艺选用技术成熟可靠的甲醇羰基合成法生产醋酸。
2、市场分析： 2002年我国醋酸的消费量为119.9万吨，从1992年到2002年年均消费增长率为9.6%。市场缺口较大。国内醋酸年产能力目前约120万吨，有生产企业50多家,其中年产10万吨以上的企业仅有3家。未来几年需求量的年平均增长率将达到8%-10%。预计到2006年全球醋酸的消费量约910万吨，2001-2006年均消费增长率约3.7%。消费增长较快的领域是对苯二甲酸和醋酸酯等
3、生产技术：本项目拟采用西南化工研究设计院开发的甲醇羰基合成醋酸专有技术。工艺采用蒸发流程，可大大提高粗产品中醋酸含量，从而减少蒸发器母液的循环量，同时降低分离工段的负荷，又可减低工艺控制的苛刻性。
4、项目总投资：该项目建设投资为106450万元。其中包括：设备购置费55150万元；安装工程费25715万元；建筑工程费6497万元；其它工程费7753万元，当地自筹46950万元，拟引进资金6000万元。
5、经济效益分析：按正常年份产品销售价格为：醋酸4000元/吨，硫磺900元/吨。正常年销售收入为77000万元，年平均销售收入为73682万元。

1.The raw
material for the project is methyl alcohol, carbon dioxide and coke, and the
production technological process to produce acetic acid is methyl alcohol carbonyl
synthesis.
2.Market
Analysis： In 2002 acetic acid consumption
quantity in China is 1.199 million tons. The average yearly consumption increase
rate is 9.6% from the year of 1992 to the year of 2002. The shortfall of acetic
acid is large. At present, the domestic acetic acid annual production capacity
is approximately 1.2 million tons. There are more than 50 enterprises which
produce acetic acid and manufacture capacity of three of them for acetic acid is
100,000t/y.The average yearly increase rate for the demand of acetic acid in the
following years is 8% - 10%. It is estimated that in 2006 the global acetic acid
consumption quantity approximately reaches 9.1 million tons. The average yearly
consumption of acetic acid is 9.1 million tons. The yearly average consumption increase
rate of acetic acid is 3.7% from the year of 2001 to the year of 2006. The
demand of dicarboxylic acid and the acetate is increasing faster.
3.Production Technology: The acetic acid synthesis technology of the
methyl alcohol carbonyl developed by Southwest Chemical Research Designing Institute
will be adopted in this project. Using the evaporation technique can increase
the content of acetic acid so as to reduce the circulation of mother liquid of
evaporator. At the same time, it will reduce the load of the separation
construction section, and it will also decrease the craft control harshness of
the craft control.
4.Total
Investment: The total investment of the project is 1.0645 billion yuan which
includes: the cost of equipment purchase is 551.5 million yuan, installation
257.15 million yuan, construction 64.97 million yuan, and other engineering
77.53 million yuan. 469.5 million yuan will be independently provided, and 60
million yuan introduced.
5.Economic
Benefit Analysis：The regular yearly selling price is:
4000y/t acetic acid, and 900y/t sulphur. Se regular yearly sales income is 770
million yuan and the average yearly sales income is 280736.82million
yuan.
