1、建设内容：建设1、4-丁二醇项目厂界区内的生产装置及公辅设施；项目以甲醇和电石为原料，生产工艺选用技术成熟可靠的炔醛发杜邦生产工艺。
2、市场分析：中国一直是1、4-丁二醇的净进口国，目前，国内生产装置规模为3.9万吨/年，由于部分生产厂家规模较小、技术落后、产品质量不稳定，所以实际的产量2万吨/年左右，而国内需求量约为5.3万吨/年，市场缺口约为3.3万吨/年。国内PBT、聚氨脂、四氢呋喃等1、4-丁二醇的消费大户近年来发展迅速，特别是酯一醚共聚物在我国还是空白，但需求量增长非常快，预计未来1、4-丁二醇在国内的消费增长率为10%，高于国民经济2-3个百分点，因此市场潜在的发展空间是非常大的。

1.Construction Content： To build 1、4-BOD project factory, production
installment and the male auxiliary facility. The raw material for the project is
the methyl alcohol and the calcium carbide. The production craft will select the
mature and reliable alkyne aldehyde Dupont production craft.
2. Market
Analysis： China is always a net import country
for 1, 4 - BDO. At present, the home production installment scale is 39,000 t/y.
Since the production scale of some plants is relatively small and the technique
is backward, the product quality is unstable, therefore the actual output is
20,000 t/y. But the quantity of domestic demand is approximately 53,000 t/y and
there is a market shortfall of 33,000 t/y. The amount of consumption of Domestic
PBT, polyurethane, THF and 1, 4 - BDO is increasing. There is no ester ether
copolymer in our country, but the demand quantity grew extremely quickly. It is
predicted that the future consumption growth rate of 1, 4 - BDO in the domestic
market will be 10% which is expense rate of increment will be 10%, which is 2-3
% higher than the national economy. Therefore the market latent development
space was extremely big.

Investment Estimate：The total investment is 500 million yuan
among of which 300 million yuan is introduced.

Benefit Analysis：The selling price is 11000 yuan/ton of
1、4-BOD, and 1250yuan/ton of formaldehyde
(37%). The regular yearly sales income is 287.50million yuan and the average
yearly sales income is 280.31million yuan.
