1、项目实施的必要性：二甲醚作为清洁的代油燃料有广阔的发展前景，生产和应用技术基本成熟，多方在竞相开发，对于我国这样富有煤层气和煤而少油的大国理应优先。我国已探明的一次性能源中煤的储量占96%，每年产量占世界产量的35%左右，达12～13亿吨。随着煤化工的发展，以及随着二甲醚工业化技术的完善及煤化工多联产技术的成熟，二甲醚作为液化石油气、柴油替代品及化工原料等具有巨大的发展潜力。
2、原辅材料供应及市场预测：我市目前已有十几家焦化企业，煤气资源丰富，焦化企业可充分利用煤气资源优势，建设二甲醚项目。二甲醚（DME）可广泛应用于工业、农业、医疗、日常生活等领域，用于替代汽车燃油、石油液化气、城市煤气，还可作为气雾推进剂、制冷剂、发泡剂等，市场前景极为广阔。
3、生产工艺技术：二甲醚的工业生产技术主要有甲醇脱水工艺和合成气直接合成工艺，其主要工艺流程如下：
甲醇-合成-脱水-除气-二甲醚
4、投资概算：该项目总投资1805万元，其中自筹805万元，拟引进资金1000万元。
5、经济效益分析：项目建成后，年产新型洁净燃料二甲醚10000吨，二甲醚生产成本1900元/吨，每吨售价2500元左右，年可获利400万元，投资回收期约4-5年。

Necessity of the Project:
Being clean
fuel, the development of dimethyl ether is promising. The technique of
production and application is ripe. With its development of many countries,
China should have priority to develop the technology since China is rich in coal
and gas from coal bed but it is poor in oil. The coal reserve accounts for 96%
of proven energy deposits in China. The yearly output of coal is 1.2-1.3 billion
tons in China, which accounts for 35% of that of the world. With the development
of the coal chemical industry and technical improvement of dimethyl ether as
well as maturity of the coal chemical industry linked to
output，dimethyl ether can replace liquified
petroleum gas, the diesel oil and other chemical material and will have a great
developing potentiality.
2.Raw
Material Supply and Market Forecast: There are scores of coking enterprises in
the city and it is rich in gas resources. The coking enterprises can fully make
use of the advantage of rich gas resources and build dimethyl ether (DME)
production line. The dimethyl ether (D M E) can be widely used in the field of
industry, agriculture, medicine and everyday life, and it can replace the
petrol, the petroleum liquid gas, and gas for civil use. At the same time, it
can be used as gas and fog propellant, refrigerant, and soak as well. The market
prospects are promising.

Production Technology: The main process is dehydration of methyl alcohol and the
direct synthesis of the synthetic gas. The main process is as
follows:
Methyl alcohol - synthesis - dehydration - air
elimination - dimethyl ether
4、Investment Estimate: The total
investment is 18.05 million yuan, among of which 8.05 million yuan is
self-funded and 10 million yuan of independently-raised funds
introduce.
5、Economic Benefit: After the project is
put into operation, 10,000t/y New Clean Fuel-Dimethyl Ether is produced. The
cost of production of dimethyl ether is 1900 yuan per ton, and the selling price
per ton is 2500 yuan. The yearly profit is 4 million yuan and the investment
return period is 4-5 years.
