新建5万吨年霞石正长岩综合利用联产13X沸石、碳酸钾及白炭黑项目

二、项目概况

       1、产品及规模：

       建设5万吨年霞石正长岩综合利用联产13X沸石、碳酸钾及白炭黑项目。年产13X沸石4万吨，碳酸钾0.65万吨，白炭黑1.8万吨。

       2、原材料来源及市场分析：

       本区内原材料供应充足，临县紫金山富含钾长石，探明储量4.74亿吨，工业储量3.7亿吨，远景储量20亿吨。矿石品位（含KZO）9-15.2%。矿区水文地质条件简单，覆盖层薄，适合大型机械化露天开采。沸石分子筛主要用于油化工、轻工业、建筑业、农业、环保工业、电子业、空间技术等领域，具有巨大的市场潜力。碳酸钾主要用于制造电视气象管壳、光学玻璃、钾肥、橡胶腐老齐等，在医药、电焊条、染料、油黑、陶瓷、日化、食品等多种行业中得到广泛应用，在国际市场上远远不能满足需求，市场前景十分良好。白炭黑主要用于橡胶行业，做为补强填料，用于造纸、塑料工业以及农药、油漆、合成洗涤剂、灭火剂、乳胶制品、日化、陶瓷等，市场前景非常良好。

       3、项目建设地址及前期工作进展：

       项目建设地点：山西临县城庄乡。该项目山西省计委立项，并上报国家计委，目前已完成项目建议书编制工作，并完成工艺扩大试验，其成果通过省科技厅鉴定，评审为国内领先技术水平，并被科技部列为“火炬”计划。

       4、项目总投资及资金来源：

       该项目总投资19894.55万元。拟引进外资1340万美元。

       项目建成后，年利润23532.9万元，年所得7765.9万元，投资利润率106.28%，投资利税率129.84%，投资回收期3.4年。

       1.Products and Scale

       50,000 t/y of nepheline will be comprehensively utilized and 13X zeolite of 40,000 tons, carbonic acid potassium of 6,000 tons and carbon black of 18,000 tons will be produced annually.

       2. Raw Material Resources and Market

       The Zijin Mountain in Linxian County is rich in potassic mines with the proven reserves of 474 million tons, workable reserves of 370 million tons and prospective reserves of 2 billion tons. The mines have the grade of 9-15%. The hydrogeological situations in mines areas are favorable, so open-air mining might be operated by the means large-sized machinery.

       The zeolite molecule sieve has the tremendous market potential and will be used in various fields such as in light industry, building, agriculture, environmental protection industry, electronics and so on.

       The carbonic acid potassium, which is mainly used in making optional glass, and potash fertilizer medicine, welding rod, dye, ceramics, food and so on, is far from meeting the demands of the international markets. Carbon black has a bright prospective of the market and is mainly utilized in rubber, paper making, plastics, paint, detergent, extinguishing agent, emulsion products and ceramics.

       3.Construction Site and early Stage Progress

       Chengzhuang Town, Linxian County, Shanxi Province has been chosen as the site. The project has been approved by the Development Planning Commission of Shanxi Province and declared to the national Planning Committee. The experiment of technologically enlarging has been carried out and has passed the appraisal held by the provincial Science ad Technology Office.

       4. Total Investment and Fund Resource

       The total investment is 198.9455 million Yuan, US$13.4 million of which is to be foreign-funded.

       The annual profit of 235.329 million Yuan will be gained and annual income of 77.659 million Yuan obtained after the completion of the project. The investment profit rate is 106.28% and investment tax rate is 129.84%. The period of investment retrieved is 3.4 years.
