       4. Total Investment and Its Source: The total investment is 28.12 million Yuan, of which 22.5 million Yuan is introduced.

       5. Benefit Analysis: After the implementation of the project, the yearly output value is 62 million Yuan, the yearly profit 10 million Yuan, internal return rate 23.74% (after tax), investment profit rate 39.88%, and investment profit and tax 49.64%. The investment recoupment period is 2.8 years and the loan repayment period is 3 years.
